Hi everyone,
I have put a lifan 110cc into a Honda z50 frame. It's lots of fun!
When I first installed it I ran the yellow wire from the stator to the switch block and rectifier (4pin).
It was blowing bulbs as one would expect.
So now I'm running all lighting through the ignition switch battery feed.
The problem is that at idle the battery discharges after a while. If I have my multimeter hooked onto the battery I can watch the voltage drop.
So it seems to me that the circuit isn't charging. I have about 15-18 volts AC from the stator going into my rectifier.
I have already tried a new rectifier and another battery.
Does anyone have any wisdom/ideas for me?
